Conceptual Editing:

We are not currently accepting commissions to edit/retouch images from other sources or parties.

Consultation:

 

A complimentary consultation is provided upon request after booking. This service is primarily for but not limited to clientele in need of assistance in refining their concept. Contact us here, after you’ve booked your appointment to set up your meeting.

Rescheduling:

 

Clients are permitted to reschedule once for no fee, after that, we hold the right to cancel your appointment or you will have to pay a $50 fee.

Rescheduling due to inclement weather will be no additional charge and will be handled on our end.

 

Turnaround time:

Additional edits/expedited edits are not guaranteed, this largely depends on the volume of clientele and complexity of the edit.

Turnaround time is subject to change depending on project size and complexity. Expediting orders are not promised, please email us to see if your project is eligible for expedited delivery.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for images to be delivered.

    • Expedited photo delivery:

      • 24 hours: $150

      • 48 hours: $75

      • 3-5 business days: $50

  • For events, please allow 7-10 business days for images to be delivered.

    • Expedited photo delivery:

      • 24 hours: $200

      • 48 hours: $100

      • 3-5 business days: $75

Traveling fees:

  • Costs may vary for traveling fees. Please contact us here

Late Policy: 

Solstice Media, LLC. provides a 15-minute grace period for all clients. After 30 minutes, clients are subject to cancellation or reduced shoot time if schedule allows so. Any extension of time will require another hour of booking. If the shoot proceeds, late fees are as follows:

  • 15 minutes - $25

  • 30 minutes - $50

  • 1 hour  - $100

Rescheduling:

  • If clients reschedule 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, a $100 fee will be administered. 

Arrival: 

  • In all bookings, the first and last 10 minutes are designated for set up and breakdown.

  • Solstice Media, LLC. is not responsible for overseeing creative direction.

  • Hair and makeup must be done prior to the appointment. 

  • Outfit changes should take no longer than 10 minutes.

  • For location-based appointments, a changing tent can be provided if requested and if location permits.

Deposits: 

  • Deposits are non-refundable. 

  • A 25% advanced deposit is necessary to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot and/or event.

  • Clients are not entitled to a refund once services are completed. 

Payment Methods: 

Clients are permitted to book through the site via Square or Paypal. Cash/Zelle/Venmo is accepted as well.

Editing:

  • A link to all proofs (unedited images) is provided for selection purposes and will be delivered within 48-72 hours. Watermarked images are not to be used in any capacity unless the full release of watermark images is purchased.

  • Images selection for editing must be made within 3 business days.

  • Once edits are delivered any specific changes must be addressed within 48 hours, otherwise, requests will be disregarded.

  • Costs may vary for additional edited images outside of your package based on the complexity of the edit and clientele volume.
